What level is this for?

Ambitious players with lifting basics. You don't need to be a pro: every exercise has a demo video with coaching cues right in the app.

What do I need?

A gym with a barbell, dumbbells, cables and resistance bands, plus space to sprint (field, gym hall or track works).

How much time does it take?

5 to 6 sessions a week, 60 to 90 minutes each.

How old do I need to be?

16+. Under 18: talk to your parents, the section above is written for them.

I'm not a running back. Does it still fit?

Yes. Off-season athleticism is position-independent. Every position needs speed, strength and explosiveness.

Can I run it in-season?

It's built as an off-season program. In-season you're better off with an adjusted plan, check 1:1 coaching for that.
