- A new block every few weeks, written for the time of year.

- Video feedback when you ask, not limited.
Out
- No personal plan. Same plan for every position; the 1:1 is for that.
- No call, no group chat.
- No monthly check-in. You read your own numbers in Relay.
- No minimum term either. Month by month.
